1. What territories do you service?
Answer: DSI’s offices in the Pacific NW are in Redmond, WA, Spokane and Tualatin, OR. We can offer next business day coverage for contracted customers nationwide, as well as anywhere in the PNW.

2. What type of equipment do you service?
Answer: Laser, Line and Thermal printers. Most major manufacturers of printers including
HP
Printronix, Genicom, Dataproducts, Lexmark, OTC, as well as most bar code printers such as Intermec, Datamax, Zebra.

3. Do you have Service Agreements available?
Answer: Yes! Maintenance programs can be customized to your particular requirements. Standard contracts are scheduled around four, eight, and sixteen hour response times, and cover all parts, labor and mileage required to maintain your printer.


4. How about Time and Material service calls?
Answer: Of course! DSI's service can provide as-needed service on your printer.


5. Are you factory authorized?
Answer: DSI's technicians are factory authorized to service literally hundreds of printer models.


6. Can I just buy parts from you and install them myself?
Answer: Most parts are available off-the-shelf and can be shipped within twenty-four hours. Unusual, or parts that are not in stock can often be drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer.


7. I got the part, can you help me install it?
Answer: Yes. Call us with a description of the problem and we can provide telephone support.


8. Do you just do routine cleanings and maintenance?
Answer: We recommend that your printer have a Preventive Maintenance service performed every six to eight months. We vacuum, lubricate, and verify that everything is working properly.


9. I'm interested in doing business with you. Can you provide references?
Answer: You bet. Many large, local software companies, military installations and a variety of manufacturers are valuable DSI customers. Specific names are available upon request.


10. How long have you been servicing the Puget Sound area?
Answer: DSI has been satisfying customers in the Pacific Northwest for over
